Dr. Victoria Moss Negrete
Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Victoria Moss Negrete, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist whose professional areas of interest include medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She attended medical school at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, where she was appointed into Alpha Omega Alpha, a distinction designated to the top 5% of her class. She completed her dermatology residency in Chicago, at John H. Stroger, Jr. (Cook County) Hospital in 2010. During her residency and beyond, she learned from many of the best cosmetic dermatologists in the greater Chicagoland area, fine-tuning her skills and utilizing the best laser treatments for skin conditions and cosmetic concerns.
Dr. Victoria Moss Negrete has special interest in cosmetic dermatology including BOTOX®, dermal fillers (via cannula), and Kybella®, as well as the new Silhouette InstaLift™ thread lift. She has served as the cosmetic chairperson for Forefront Dermatology since 2013, overseeing aesthetic dermatology throughout the practice. This role keeps her finger on the pulse of the latest and greatest cosmetic advancements and brings these technologies to the Fox Valley. She also serves as the medical laser safety officer, ensuring safe and proper use of lasers throughout the practice. Dr. Negrete is a national trainer for Allergan Cosmetic, teaching others proper techniques to best inject BOTOX®, Juvederm®, and Kybella®.
This prestigious distinction is only given to 150 physicians nationwide. Opening Excelin Medical Spa has been a long-term goal for her, and along with her “dream team,” she brings the expertise, technologies, and bedside manner to make you feel comfortable to look your absolute best. In her free time, Dr. Victoria Moss Negrete loves to travel, sing opera music, and spend time with her husband and her dog children, three French bulldogs.
Heather Krause
Licensed Nurse Injector
Heather Krause, a licensed nurse injector since 2013, is trained in cosmetic injections such as Botox, Juvederm, Volbella, and Voluma. Heather is also certified in PRP for Hair Restoration treatments. She has a passion for health, wellness & fitness as well as your skincare goals. Outside of Excelin Medical Spa, Heather is a Certified Nutrition Coach and owns ETI Fitness with her husband Chad. When she isn’t working you’ll find her spending time with her daughter and husband outside being active and exploring new places.
Alaina Beimborn
Nurse Practitioner
Alaina is a nurse practitioner with an emphasis of focus in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. As a registered nurse Alaina first began patient care working bedside in trauma and ICU. After working beside, Alaina chose to pursue a career in aesthetics where she became a licensed nurse injector finding her love for quality patient care, expectations and cosmetic results.
During her time in graduate school, Alaina trained below Dr. Negrete enhancing her skills and treatment options for her cosmetic and medical dermatology patients. Additionally, Alaina has been trained by some of the best medical dermatologists in Wisconsin making her a well-rounded and great value to our team at Excelin Medical Spa.
Alaina specializes in dermal fillers such as restylane and juvederm, Botox, Dysport, Coolscuplting, Kybella, Silhoutte Instalift and sclerotherapy. Alaina’s passion for cosmetics and patient care is highlighted during new patient consults.
In her free time, Alaina enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends, family, and chi-weenie.
Bobbi Jo Noeller
Licensed Esthetician
Bobbi Jo Noeller, a licensed esthetician since 2005, has many years of experience in aesthetics. She specializes in a variety of treatments that help her patients with the overall look of their skin. She is qualified in all the treatments Excelin offers besides the injectable treatments. She enjoys helping with anti aging, dry skin, acne scarring, rosacea, removing any unwanted body hair. She also enjoys treating body contouring with Coolsculpting. Bobbi Jo’s goal for each client is to help them look and feel better about themselves, all the while getting to know them as an individual. Outside of work, Bobbi Jo enjoys spending time with her family and all her four legged children.
Erica Howerton
Licensed Esthetician & Cosmetic Care Coordinator
Erica Howerton, licensed esthetician & cosmetic care coordinator, has been working alongside Dr. Victoria Negrete in the Neenah clinic since 2010 and has firsthand experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, as well as general skin care. Erica has had a particular interest in aesthetics for several years, and moving to Excelin Medical Spa was a natural transition for her. She is trained in laser hair removal, DiamondGlow facials, dermaplaning and Hydrafacials. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and the outdoors.
Melanie Bomier
Licensed Esthetician
Melanie Bomier, a licensed esthetician since 2019, joins the aesthetic dermatology after an extensive career in the pharmaceutical industry. Trained in BBL, Halo, Vivace, Microneedling, Diamond Glow, Hydrafacial, and Chemical Peels, Melanie provides a variety of options to help each individual achieve amazing results. An important part of her approach involves educating clients about quality professional skincare products. She firmly believes in optimizing outcomes by combining a daily skincare routine to compliment the medical spa experience. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys practicing yoga, and spending quality time with friends & family. She also enjoys attending shows at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center.
Dianne Riehl
Licensed Esthetician
I am excited to join the team at Excelin Medical Spa! I have been an esthetician for 14 years. I truly love all things associated with achieving and maintaining healthy skin. I don’t believe in trying to stop the aging process; Aging is a gift! Having said that, I have made it my mission to understand what happens to our skin during the aging process that causes us to stop liking what we see when we look in the mirror. There is so much we can do to keep the skin looking vibrant and healthy no matter what age it is! When not working with my beautiful clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Some of my favorite pastimes include hiking, kayaking, boating, golfing, reading and playing with my grandkids.
Caitlin Dvorachek
Cosmetic Care Coordinator
Caitlin joined Excelin Medical Spa in 2019 and quickly became a valuable team member. She plays a strong role in our day to day marketing needs as well as the front desk experience for our patients. Caitlin believes a positive Excelin experience starts from the moment you make your appointment and values providing our patients with personalized care from scheduling to check out. Outside of Excelin Medical Spa, Caitlin owns and operates Caitlin Claire Studio which lends even more knowledge to your experience here at Excelin. Her time spent with individuals who are searching to showcase the best version of themselves has taught her that while our goals may be different, the experience and journey is half the fun! She hopes you enjoy your visits with us as much as the outcome of your appointments.
Jill Nelson
Client Care Specialist
Jill has always had a passion for health, wellness, and helping people look and feel their best from the inside out. She graduated from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science Degree and has a background in sales/marketing along with health/wellness. She co-owned a small business in Appleton for 12 years, taught fitness classes and was a Weight Watcher leader. She has worked in the Medical Aesthetic Spa Industry for 3 years prior to coming to Excelin. Aging gracefully is her mantra.
